Eric Lee, MGA, CPA, CMPE is an experienced health care executive with over 35 years of health care administration and finance experience. He has extensive experience in merger and acquisitions of and financial management for physician practices. Mr. Lee most recently served as the Administrator for North Bay ENT &Audiology which successfully merged into the Centers for Advanced ENT (CAdENT), a 63-physician mega group.
Previously, Mr. Lee was Director for Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville, successfully opening a large multi-specialty medical practice with over 50 physicians in a 45,000-thousand-foot facility. Mr. Lee also served as the Chief Operating and Finance officer Baltimore Medical System, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing medical services to the un/under insured at 7 locations. Mr. Lee was also the Executive Director for Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates of Baltimore, growing a physician group from 9 physicians to 36 physicians through mergers and hiring of physicians. The group directed the Intensive Care Units for 7 hospitals and 10 sleep labs. In these roles he has increased revenue and reduced cost through operational efficiencies.
He has served in various financial management roles including the Manager of Foundations and Endowments for Union Memorial Hospital, Controller for the Washington Clinic, Director of Cost and Budgets at Good Samaritan Hospital and Director of Accounting for University of Maryland – Shock Trauma.
Mr. Lee completed his Masters Degree in General Administration from University of Maryland University College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the Medical Group Management Association.
